ArcaUnion, S.L. (hereinafter, "ArcaUnion") is a holding company incorporated in 2026 whose activity is holding shares in other companies. ArcaUnion takes part in those companies as a shareholder; it does not direct or manage the companies it invests in.

For any communication, you can use the contact form on the home page or send a letter to the registered address.

2. Nature of the activity

ArcaUnion's activity is not subject to prior administrative authorisation. ArcaUnion invests its own assets, not those of third-party investors, and is not a financial or supervised entity: it is not registered with the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) or the Bank of Spain, and it is not a venture capital entity, a collective investment undertaking or an investment firm.

Accordingly, ArcaUnion does not provide financial or investment services, does not offer investment advice, does not raise or solicit funds from the public and does not manage third-party assets or money.

3. Purpose of the website

This website is purely informational: it explains who ArcaUnion is and what it does as a holding company. Nothing is sold or contracted through it.

No information on this site constitutes an offer, invitation, solicitation or recommendation to invest, or financial, legal or tax advice. References to sectors or areas of interest are descriptive and do not imply any commitment to invest.
